Who doesn't love a cuddle? That's why we love our KNELA Sling class. Cuddles, hugs and squats a fun class incorporating fitness and dance.

A great way for mums to exercise with their baby while releasing hormone oxytocin. A low impact and high-intensity moves. We make sure babies are safe, secure and comfortable and that mums use the best techniques to improve their core strength, pelvic floor, strengthen their legs and arms and improve their cardio.

We have two classes available for your little one Fitdance and Ballet.


FitDance 

Creative dance program

Introduces children to fitness and dance styles, rhythm and movement.


Baby Ballet 

Introduce the basics of Classical Ballet through imagination and creative movement.

KNELA BARRE

KNELA Barre is a low impact, high intensity workout combining pilates, cardio & dance. Suitable for all levels of fitness. 


 You have Kids not to worry- we offer child minding while you work out. Your little ones will have some fun activities of colouring and play while you can have some me time and work out.
